2020 Fall Solutions Program Conditions

1. Qualifying products must be ordered and invoiced by Agent/ Distributor between October 1 – December 7, 2020.
2. Qualifying purchases from October 1-31, 2020 may qualify for an additional 1% bonus. Purchases , greater than $29,000 are not eligible for the October bonus.
3. End-users must be registered in My Bayer Rewards by December 1, 2020 and accept current Terms and Conditions.
4. Customers on the Bayer do not sell list are not eligible.
5. All rebates for 2020 EOP will be paid in My Bayer Rewards (MBR) points, which can be redeemed for thousands of catalog items, Agent/Distributor credits and/or company checks. Checks will not be issued to a third party.
6. Rebates will only be paid to the company or name listed on the invoice.
7. Agency products purchased during the program period qualify for terms due June 5, 2021.
8. Rebates will be paid by July 31, 2021
9. Non-Agency products are assigned a rebate base. The base value is a rebate redemption value that will be used for rebate calculations.
10. Only end-user purchases qualify for this program, and purchases must be from a Bayer authorized Distributor or Agent. Resale of product(s) purchased within this program will not qualify for rebates.
11. Altus rebate not available to production ornamental growers.
12. Volume discounts are applied at the individual invoice level. Multiple invoices will not be aggregated for price volume discounts.
13. Purchases of Specticle FLO during August 1, 2020 – September 30, 2020 counts toward tiered rebates.
14. Purchases of Indemnify®, Interface®, Stressgard®, Mirage® Stressgard, Chipco® Signature™, Signature XTRA Stressgard®, Banol®, Specticle® G, Revolver®, Tribute® Total during August 1, 2020 – September 30, 2020 count toward tiered rebates and qualify for individual product rebates.
15. Return of products that received Fall/NOW solutions rebates will be subject to forfeiture of points earned. If points are not available for refund, Bayer reserves the right to place account in a negative balance.
